H2 was approached by a haulage company who thought they may have issues around data protection and GDPR.  H2 carried out a full Cyber Maturity Assessment and discovered that they did indeed have issues, from inadequate to missing policies, to a network that had grown organically without any real planning. There was also a lack of awareness within the organisation as to what this may mean.

H2 was able to rewrite their policies, including Cyber Security and Data Protection policies, and produce a Security and Data Protection Handbook which mimicked their own existing company handbook.

H2 also provided advice and guidance to their local IT provider as to a number of technical security issues that needed addressing, and provided security education and awareness training.

Finally, H2 setup an instance of the GDPR Governance software to manage the security polices and processes now in place.
